Night surcharge: Valid from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am. A surcharge of EUR 49 per hour is added to the normal hourly rate.
Cancellations: Free up to 24 hours before the appointment. For later cancellations, we charge one hour for on-site appointments and 15 minutes for remote-support appointments because the reserved slot can no longer be reassigned at short notice.
