Your profile

You should be confident with these tasks

  • Virus, Trojan and malware removal
  • Install and configure Windows, Mac® and Android systems
  • Install software such as Microsoft Office and security applications
  • Set up printers, scanners and peripherals
  • Carry out PC and Mac® repairs, e.g. replace HDD/SSD, display, power supply or fans
  • Set up, configure and maintain networks and servers
  • Support customers throughout Germany or worldwide via secure remote access

CompensationEUR 59 per hour for private customers and EUR 79 per hour for business customers – according to the agreed partner terms.
Flexible workplaceDepending on the assignment, you work on-site or via remote support throughout Germany or worldwide.

Requirements

What we require

Self-employment

You already operate a business or small business, or work as a freelancer/independent professional. We are currently not accepting applications for traditional employment.

Mobility

A car is advantageous for on-site work but is not mandatory if customers can be reached reliably by public transport.

Professional conduct

Reliability, friendly communication, clear documentation and professional handling of customer data are essential.
